Donations, event registrations, and item purchases connected to Grateful Friends are processed through trusted third-party platforms, including DonorPerfect, PayPal, Venmo, Square, and Amazon (via our Amazon Wishlist). Your payment information is handled directly by these providers according to their own privacy and security practices. Grateful Friends does not store full credit card or bank details and is not responsible for technical issues or processing errors related to third-party services.

 

Access to the Volunteer Portal is intended for approved volunteers only. Volunteers are expected to submit accurate information and log only their own volunteer hours in good faith. Misuse of the portal may affect continued access to volunteer opportunities.

 

Grateful Friends provides financial assistance and Comfort Baskets™ based on individual applications and available resources. Submitting an application does not guarantee assistance. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice; our programs are designed to offer support and relief, not professional guidance.
