Looking for a Few Grateful Friends
Our Mission: “We provide support and unexpected joy to adults living with or being treated for cancer.”
We are looking for people who are resourceful, people who find the challenges of fundraising exciting, and people who have a passion for bringing comfort and joy to the lives of others.
As a Grateful Friends volunteer, you are an important member of our community – a community of caring and loving people with great passion for helping the people we serve. As a Grateful Friend, you will experience, as I have, the blessing of working with Gwen and Lee, who have had first-hand experience dealing with a cancer journey. You will experience true joy in knowing that your work has helped to bring comfort to another adult going through one of the most difficult times of his or her life.
At Grateful Friends, we are passionate about our mission. We hope you can join the Grateful Friends Community. Together, we will laugh a lot and have fun doing good things together for adults diagnosed with cancer.
